Retail Space
In this project, we were given an existing structure consisting of three separate spaces. the building is locatd at the intersection of 5th and Cotanche Street in Greenville, North Carolina. Working with coinciding teams of merchandising students in the College of Human Ecology, we were asked to team up and design three separate spaces that could thrive in the Uptown Greenville Area. In the first space, we were asked to design a discount clothing store for teens and young adults. In the second central store, we were asked to design a fine gifts and accessories space. The third store was to be made up entirely of our own ideas so we decided on a nail/ makeup salon. We believe all three stores can thrive and make a profit in the Uptown Greenville area nd bring business for the future.
