Over 55 Senior Condo

For this project we are working with Pat and Fran, two retired/retiring middled aged clients who are relocating from Pitsburg, Pennsylvania to Greenville, North Carolina. Pat, an expert in the decorative arts and retired professor and Fran, a molecular physicist are interested in purchasing and updating the base unit of a condo in an upscale retirement community. Fran is deaf and both are starting into the later part of their lives so universal design will be practiced throughout the unit with special attention to detail.
